"After seeing the quality of the work at both my brother in-laws extensions I had no problems with agreeing a deal for the work to be done on my property with Alistair Baker. From the start of the work Alistair always kept myself and the wife up to speed with all details required, a problem with the foundations came to light with the council at the early stages, again Alistair dealt with the additional work at a minimal cost and time scale, from then on the work was done at a good pace but more importantly to a very high standard, at different stages of the build additional works arose Alistair advised a fair cost and got on with it. I found overall Alistair Baker to be a very experienced builder that works to a very high standard, with that I would gladly recommend him for any types of building work".
